Efforts to boycott Apple 23 Samsung products in the U.S. domestic market countered San Jose court . The court rejected the Apple's allegations that Samsung has hijacked their products , but they can not prove it .
As reported by The Korea Times ( 7/3 ) , it is re- phrased Judge Lucy Koh that has been the case since the first lawsuit Apple - Samsung dispute handling . According to him , Apple has no right to ask for a boycott of Samsung smartphones because there was no evidence of patent infringement which has been mentioned , as reported by the Daily Independent .
" After considering the opinion of both sides , then through the briefing process , reviewing the law and the record of this case , the court decided Apple failed to demonstrate the truth of their claims , " Koh wrote in a release .
Samsung responded with delight . That way , their product was no longer considered plagiarized and threatened not kicked out of the United States .
However, they still have an obligation to pay a fine of USD 929 million from other trials in defeat . But Samsung still will appeal this case
